300 Dumbbell Squats (Light Weight)
150 Push-Ups
150 Inverted Rows

I did pushups not inverted rows.

Jen: Dumbell 10lbs
Did in 6 rounds
50 Squats 25 pushups 25 situps each round
Total time: 29:55

Round 1 3:55
Round 2 4:45
Round 3 5:20
Round 4 5:15
Round 5 5:40
Round 6 5:00
