3 Rounds of 8 min:
Round 1: 1st Min 1 Squat, 1 Push-Up, 1 Sit-Up; 2nd min 2 Squats, 2 Push-Ups, 2 Sit-Ups, etc.
Round 2: 1st Min 2 Squats, 2 Push-Ups, 2 Sit-Ups; 2nd min 3 Squats, 3 Push-Ups, 3 Sit-Ups, etc.
Round 3: 1st Min 3 Squats, 3 Push-Ups, 3 Sit-Ups, 2nd min 4 Squats, 4 Push-Ups, 4 Sit-Ups, etc.
