Assign the following exercises to Group A or B:
Squat
Lunges
Push-Up
Ring-Row
KBS
Bicycles
DB Push Press
DB Deadlift
After assigning the exercises, do the following pyramid:
[:30 for each exercise in A|RI|:30 for each exercise in B|RI] RI = :30
[:45 for each exercise in A|RI|:45 for each exercise in B|RI] RI = :45
[1:00 for each exercise in A|RI|1:00 for each exercise in B|RI] RI = 1:00
[:45 for each exercise in A|RI|:45 for each exercise in B|RI] RI = :45
[:30 for each exercise in A|RI|:30 for each exercise in B|RI] RI = :30
